Kim Kardashian and Vanessa Minnillo's personal trainer Gunnar Peterson was featured in the September 2010 issue of Seventeen. These squat jumps are a real good work-out. I've been doing it everyday and I feel my muscles getting stronger! I know it sounds cheesy but I was totally sore the next day. The article did say "get a cute booty in 3 weeks". Lets see if it works... Do two sets of eight everyday and give me your feedback!
